Dear Colleagues,

A warm and blessed Holiday season to you and your Families!

It's the time of the year when the ACF-VCA is preparing for the 2017-18 chapter celebration. During this event we like to honor the one individual with the deserving and distinguished honor of Chapter Chef of the Year.

Our association has provided us all with an incredible, educational, and fun filled calendar in 2017. Many individuals have worked hard to uphold our high professional standards and our commitment as members to the ACF-VCA.

Please take a moment to reflect on this past year and take the time to recognize the individual that would be truly worthy to hold that distinguished title.

Below are some guidelines and directions to assist you in your nomination choice:

  • Must be member in good standing
  • Attends VCA meetings regularly
  • Supports the ACF/VCA activities in the local community
  • Works towards the advancement and development of the culinary arts, culinary students, and the VCA
  • Exemplifies high culinary standards and takes initiatives towards the betterment of the VCA
  • Encourages new Members to join the VCA
  • Works and cooks full time
  • Deadline to Nominate: Monday, January 15, 2018
